Data Protection Policy of QUIMIALMEL S.A.

1. Who is responsible for processing your data?
The data controller for processing data regarding the various processes related to the management of users, customers, potential customers, partners, and suppliers is QUIMIALMEL S.A., with registered office at C/ SAN ROQUE 15, 12004 CASTELLÓN DE LA PLANA (province of CASTELLÓN) and VAT number A12021556.

Furthermore, we inform you that in the processing of data regarding the management of Users, Customers, and Suppliers, there are no Joint Data Controllers.

2. What type of data do we have about you and how have we obtained them?
The categories of personal data that QUIMIALMEL S.A. processes regarding its customers and suppliers are:

  • Economic and transaction data

Under no circumstances do we process specially protected data.

All the data mentioned above have been obtained directly from you through the presentation of a commercial offer, a contractual proposal, etc., or from your company when you provide us with identification data and other information necessary to carry out the contractual relationship between the parties.
It will be your or your company’s obligation to provide updated data in the event of any changes.

3. How long do we keep your data?
The personal data related to individuals linked to potential customers, customers, and suppliers that QUIMIALMEL S.A. collects through the different contact forms and/or information collection will be kept as long as their deletion is not requested by the data subject.
The data provided by our customers and suppliers will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained between the parties, respecting in all cases the minimum legal retention periods according to the matter.

In any case, QUIMIALMEL S.A. will keep your personal data for the period of time that is reasonably necessary, taking into account our needs to respond to questions that arise or resolve problems, make improvements, activate new services, and meet the requirements demanded by applicable legislation.
This means that we may keep your personal data for a reasonable period after you have stopped using our products or after you have stopped using this website.
After this period, your personal data will be deleted from all QUIMIALMEL S.A. systems.
